| Description | 1. To replace existing services cupboard with FR30 minutes fire rating, integrity and insulation in accordance with the criteria of BS 476: Part 22: 1987. 2. To install a new fire alarm system to BS5839 part 6 2019 LD2 Grade A (L3 equivalent) mixed system, to cover the communal areas and hallways to Flat A, B and C. 3. The existing Flat A, B and C electrical supplies to be revised to comply with 18th Edition Wiring Regulations BS 7671:2008 together with the creation of a new separate Landlord's supply. 4. To isolate Flats A, B & C from the Ground Floor commercial space water mains feed and to provide separate mains water supplies from the Thames Water main in in compliance with WRAS and WIAPS standards. 5. To install and commission a new fire alarm system to BS5839 part 6 2019 LD2 Grade A (L3 equivalent) mixed system, to cover the communal areas and hallways to each flat (3 No.). With new smoke detection, manual call point and sounders in the staircase and heat detection and sounder within each flat hallway area. |
